Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:
Once Processing an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:
Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
Order Handling Time: 0-1 Days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 5-6 Days (Monday – Friday)
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.
Order Tracking
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and an order tracking number (only if the valid email provided at the time of placing an order). During the transit of your package, you may enter that number into the provided shipping page.
Shipping Carrier:
We partner with Leopard Courier to ensure timely and safe delivery. All orders from Gajed come with free shipping.

We ship within the Pakistan.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and delivery time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately at info@gajed.pk if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
- Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.
- Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediate with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
